We're glad that you have decided to become a member of Gracepoint Gospel Fellowship. Membership connects you with Gracepoint and explains our purpose, values and history, as well as our vision.

You will learn more about our leadership and how we operate. You will also explore new opportunities to get involved in ministry and be challenged to go deeper in your personal relationship with God.

These two Saturday sessions will be presented on August 26 and September 9 with Pastor Carl and Pastor Floyd respectively, from 9AM - 1PM in the conference room. A lite breakfast snack will be provided. An Informational Packet, Membership Application Form and Membership Card will be handed out, so please bring something to write with. Sorry, no childcare provided.

Please be aware that your photograph will be taken, so we ask that you come prepared. In addition, kindly complete and return both Membership Application Form and Card by September 9th.

If you attend both sessions, are baptized, and all your paperwork has been fully completed and submitted, you will be scheduled to be voted in at our Annual Business meeting being conducted on Sunday, September 17, 2017.

For more information on baptism and baptism dates, please contact Janice at 845.634.7828 x100 or email her at janice@gracepointgospel.org.

Note the types of Membership

Regular Members - are those members in good standing who are regular attendees and supporters, 16 years of age or older. A prescribed course of study including our tenets of faith will be completed by all those desiring full membership. Regular members must be 18 years of age to vote on Deacons - Trustees, and matters of real estate.  If you miss three consecutive business meetings, your status will be changed to Associate Members, this will allow us to maintain the designated quorum.

Associate Members - are those members in good standing who are not able to attend regularly the church business meeting because of responsibility to a school, employer or young children. The Associate Member may attend church business meetings, but will not have voting privileges so that his/her presence or absence will not affect the designated quorum. The Associate Member has met all the standards of membership and may return to regular membership by giving notice to the church secretary 30 days prior to any business meeting.
